PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Savings and innovation, the ultimate technology for Robopac's Genesis Thunder. Genesis Thunder is the new ring machine for wrapping and stabilizing loads on pallets with stretch film using Cube Technology ; it is a real concentrate of technology, able to obtain absolute level performances both in terms of speed and material saving, as well as load stabilization that prevents damages that can affect the quality of the final product. Genesis Thunder maintains some of the specific features of Robopac's previous high-performance ring wrappers: it operates without sliding electrical contacts (therefore it is suitable for all industrial environments, even the most dusty ones), ensuring safety and less production interruptions. Robopac's Cube Technology allows to unwrap the necessary amount of film, in the most effective position, with the most suitable containment force for the product: this triple combination provides a clear reduction in consumable costs, a significant improvement in the wrapping quality and a damage reduction to the palletized load during its transport.
The advantages in terms of respect of the environment are also evident. In addition to the reduction in the use of consumables with a consequent lower impact on the environment, thanks to the perfect stabilization of the load, the quantity of damaged products in the handling and transportation phase is drastically reduced, which are then rejected and returned to the sender by the large-scale retail distribution or individual customers: an operation that involves a high economic cost but also considerable ecological damage. In addition to reducing the consumption of packaging material, the wrapper allows a significant reduction of the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), especially thanks to quality, low-wear components such as more efficient engines and the use of toothed belts instead of chains, guaranteeing a long maintenance-free service life. Therefore, the operating period increases before the need
