PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Due to its rotating membranes, the ANDRITZ DCF (Dynamic Crossflow Filter) makes it possible to separate highly viscous sludges like surplus yeast. Hence, yeast concentrations containing more than 25% by weight are possible so the brewery no longer has to dilute the yeast with water in order to process it.
