PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Beerzym® COMBI is a combination of thermolabile and thermostable fungal ß-glucanase, as well as a fungalamylase for glucan and starch degradation to regenerate and increase filter cartridge life. Beerzym® COMBI improves the filtration performance in beverage filtration and thereby also increases the overall capacity. It acts on colloidally dissolved substances in the beverage, especially a- and ß-glucans, as well as polyphenols and proteins, which can lead to a reduction in filter life or to blocking of the filter cartridges.
