European Beer Star 2020: The "industry Oscar" for European beer diversity

Since its foundation in 2004, the European Beer Star has been one of the world's most important beer competitions. The coveted trophies are awarded each year to the highest quality beers in accordance with the Olympic principle. This year the competition had to face new challenges and general conditions due to the Corona pandemic. At the beginning of October, 2036 beers in 70 categories were tasted at the Doemens Academy in Gräfelfing in compliance with a well thought-out hygiene and safety concept.
