Product Description
The Handtmann cross-flow-system reprocesses dirty caustic solution and then returns it to the system. In this way, the manufacturer reduces its lye consumption to a minimum and thus not only protects the environment, but also saves costs. The cross-flow filter technology is a fully automatic and continuous membrane filtration. The heart of the Handtmann CF system is the ceramic membrane, which can be used as micro or ultra filtration up to a separation limit of 5 kD (kilodalton), depending on the task. In addition, the ceramic module is characterized by high thermal and chemical resistance, making CF filter technology also suitable for caustic filtration in the food and beverage industry, for example.
