Product Description
Up to 100% of Vienna malt can be used for slightly darker, but not particularly malty types of beer such as Festbier. In proportions of up to 50% it is also used to slightly increase the beer color without emphasizing the malt aroma. The fermentability is slightly lower than that of Pilsener malt, so that the full-bodiedness is enhanced and a slightly sweet taste is introduced.
