About us
BrauKon supplies individually planned and turnkey brewery plants worldwide.
Our production in Seeon guarantees plant technology at the highest quality level.
At the booth we will present the modular energy concept BrauKon eKon, for a future-oriented brewery operation completely without oil and gas.
The modular eKon system supplies the complete energy budget for the brewery based on multistage energy storage tanks. This works in combination with extensive energy recovery and the use of an efficient ultrahigh-temperature heat pump.
In addition to a fully automatic 20 hl brewhouse, equipped with the highly efficient eKon system, we will present our 4-roll grist mill BrauMill 600 with a capacity of 2.400 kg/h for ideal lauter tun grist.
From our range of control systems, we will present our server-based process control system BrauControl Pro in addition to the proven BrauKon BrauControl.
Through high-quality workmanship and the use of first-class components, we guarantee the value and reliability of our brewing systems.
