About us
Burkard und Gärtner GmbH & Co. KG is partner of the pharmaceutical, food technology, chemical and metallurgical process industries with many years of experience. As a specialist service provider with many years of experience in the implementation of plants, we work for a large number of operators and manufacturers from a wide range of industries. Our services include supporting a project from concept engineering to basic engineering, detailed engineering and assembly supervision.
In addition to the development of process engineering tasks, our main activities include installation and pipeline planning under GMP or hygienic design aspects and the associated creation of documentation in accordance with the Pressure Equipment Directive or EN13480. By planning using 3D CAD-supported software and using the most modern measuring systems, e.g. 3D laser scanning, we are able to implement conversion planning or the integration of new systems into the existing structure constructively and visually in a short time.
As a certified manufacturer according to AD 2000 HP0 or 100R as well as DIN EN ISO 13445 and DIN EN ISO 13480, we offer corresponding services beyond engineering as a manufacturer or manufacturer within the framework of the Pressure Equipment Directive. In addition to the production of pipes, containers and individual compact systems, we produce our own complete solutions. These are in particular CIP systems, heat transfer systems, dosing systems, etc. read more
