Linear labeller

Our labelling systems allow you to glue labels on different types of containers with maximum precision and in a flexible way. They can be used in many sectors: beverages; food; chemical; cosmetics.
There are linear or rotary labellers in our range, both adhesive and glue, with one or more stations, cork dispensers with end caps. With the linear adhesive labelling machines, CIMEC is able to apply body label, back label, neck label and/or state seal. They can also be equipped with optical centring for label centring and positioning. Each station can be adjusted horizontally, vertically or diagonally, just like the bottle locking cylinder. Special devices allow the customer to memorize the position set on each group so as to simplify format change. Thanks to a tilting system, distribution units can handle different types of containers. They can also be implemented with the addition of units for the application of modular self-adhesive labels directly on glue units to be able to use glue or self-adhesive labels alternatively without requiring large carousels. To make customer use even more convenient, CIMEC provides the possibility to add units for the application of self-adhesive modular labels, mounted directly on the adhesive labeller surface or on special carriages ready to use and easy to install.
