Today, Clayton is a globally active company with 5 production facilities as well as subsidiaries and sales agencies in various countries around the world. The Clayton headquarters is located in California USA, "City of Industries". Other production facilities are located in Mexico, China and Europe. The production for Europe is located in Bornem, Belgium since 1961. Other European subsidiaries are located in Germany, France, Netherlands, Spain and England. We take the manufacturing of our products into account by using quality machines and the use of high quality components. This requires a flexible and well-structured team as well as machinery of advanced technology. Over the decades, the factory has gained a large number of approvals and certifications. The Clayton steam generator is a highly efficient, safe, compact and additionally flexible steam generator, which produces steam within 5 minutes from cold start. The available standard sizes start at 100kW and currently end at 13MW firing capacity. Steam pressures of up to 200 bar correspond to the current possibilities. The steam generator with integrated superheater, developed by Clayton, can deliver steam temperatures up to 460°C. Clayton supplies standard boiler houses as well as custom built boiler houses, including turnkey plants, if required. The Clayton range of exhaust gas heat exchangers can be found in a wide variety of applications. They are compact, efficient and produce steam from the exhaust gases of diesel engines, small gas turbines, incinerators, glass melting furnaces, curing furnaces, annealing furnaces and many other applications where hot exhaust gases are generated.
