The D-Series i-Tech CO2 lasers are suitable for use
at low to high production line speeds and include the D120i (10 watt), D320i
(30 watt) and the powerful D620i laser coder (60 watt).
Thanks to their compact and modular design, the laser systems can be integrated into labelling and packaging machines, even when you have limited space. Different laser beam sources ensure excellent code quality for a variety of materials used in the beverage sector. In addition, the whole product range is equipped with Domino i-Tech intelligent technology features decreasing downtime while simultaneously increasing production efficiency and higher output. Users also benefit from Domino's intuitive and flexible QuickStep user interface, which can be used remotely or web-based on any industrial PC. For maximum flexibility, the D-Series i-Tech lasers can also be controlled via the customer’s own production line interfaces.
F720i fibre laser
High-speed fibre laser for the marking of beverage cans
The F720i high-speed fibre laser is capable of delivering high-quality codes onto 90,000 beverage cans per hour and is suited for demanding production environments thanks to its high IP rating.
The concentrated 3D power produces a highly focused beam, which is being delivered in short, intense pulses, resulting in an increased marking speed.
Its unique design and the incomparable quality of the laser beam ensure the finest yet robust printing of characters with high resistance to vibration and condensation.
In order to realize a resource-saving, fault-free high-speed filling process even in beverage can lines with little space H.F. Meyer Maschinenbau GmbH & Co. KG, Domino Deutschland GmbH and HEUFT SYSTEMTECHNIK GMBH have developed a joint complete solution in cooperation with each other thanks to which the filler can be continuously supplied with error-free empty cans which are permanently marked even when the line speed exceeds 120,000 cans to be filled per hour.
