Product Description
Natural extracts have been the trend for years. Especially peel extracts and comminute from citrus fruits are often so bitter that they can only be used in small doses or have to be processed using adsorber technology. Frutase® Soft makes it possible to break down the glycosidically bound bitter substances in citrus products, resulting in a harmonious product. When used in fruit puree, even the exposure of flavorings can result in a significant intensification of the natural fruit aroma.
