Fillmaster RS18

The Fillmaster RS18 is a counter pressure filler for beverages containing CO2. It has 18 stations: In the outer six stations, the bottles are rinsed with water before filling. Filling takes place in the rear six stations, and the six middle stations seal the bottles with crown caps of diameter 26mm. The RS18 is equipped with an automatic crown cork feeder. The bottles are filled under CO2 back pressure of up to 3 bar. The bottles are automatically pre-evacuated by a built-in vacuum pump. The filling process is automatically stopped by the control system when the target value is reached. All process-relevant parameters can be set via the control system, which guarantees reliable reproducibility of all parameters during the entire filling process. The Fillmaster RS18 is equipped with high-quality steering rollers, so that it can be moved. It can be used to fill bottles (0.25l to 0.75l).The filling speed can be adjusted continuously from 0.5 to 2 l/min by means of a throttle. About 700 bottles of 0.5l can be rinsed, filled and corked per hour.
