Intelligent Deposit Protection®

Since 2016, the HASYTECgroup has been developing and producing ultrasonic technologies for the marine industry. Since 2018, this has also been used in industry. Based on this experience, Intelligent Deposit Protection® was further developed especially for industrial applications. IDP® prevents organic and inorganic deposits as well as biocorrosion on all liquid-bearing surfaces. The environment of each ultrasonic transmitter is analyzed with the use of artificial intelligence and optimally adapted to the changing environmental conditions. In this way, the ultrasonic waves are generated very efficiently and in a targeted manner.

The combination of artificial intelligence and ultrasound results in a process that is used for the first time to prevent organic and inorganic deposits. All influencing environmental parameters are taken into account. Each transducer measures the environment of its installation site based on defined parameters, including reference to the direct ambient temperature, layer thickness of the material, viscosity and temperature of the medium. The evaluated data then generates the optimum ratio of required frequency and power at any given time.

In order to cope with the variety of deposits in different industries, the IDP® is particularly powerful. Software updates can be installed via the integrated USB port and all important data and statuses of the system can be read out. This means that IDP® can always be kept up to date, even after many years, and the customer will continue to benefit from further developments and innovations in the future.
