PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The centrifugal pumps and all parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel 1.4404 (AISI 316L). The simple structure was further optimized and the structure was reduced to a few components. Pumps consisting of housing, impeller and mechanical seal. Except for the latter, all components are made of acid-proof stainless steel with the old material designation V4A. The impeller is open so that these pumps can also convey solids. Since these are not cast components, but deep-drawn sheet metal made of stainless steel, these pumps can also be used in the food industry. Due to the low price level, these pumps can also be used in subordinate tasks, e.g. for sewage and other liquids where absolute purity is not important. Due to the very smooth surfaces, applications from the paint and varnish industry are also known, since these pumps are very easy to clean when changing colors. The single-acting mechanical seals are made of ceramic with a graphite sliding ring as standard, but can also be supplied in SiC / SiC. The simple and inexpensive pumps made of stainless steel are offered as block pumps with a directly flanged IEC standard motor. However, since there are always requests for inexpensive stainless steel pumps with special properties, special designs are also available. In the long-coupled version, these allow hot media to be conveyed, such as Frying fat, at up to 180 ° C. These pumps have stainless steel connections with normal pipe threads as standard. There are also dairy pipe threads according to DIN 11 851 or TriClamp connections available, as well as DIN or ANSI flange connections. All pumps can also be supplied in an ATEX-certified version for use in Ex zone 1. Delivery rates of max. 7 m³ / h for the smallest pump up to 50 m³ / h for the 2 ½ “pump. The delivery heights go up to 48 m wc.
