The PROCLEAN CIP system offers cleaning processes which ensure trouble-free and microbiologically safe operation of a production line. Whether manually or fully automatic, the cleaning concept is designed to perfectly suit the line components to be cleaned. The CIP sizes and their flow rate cover all tasks required in a bottling line. The number of CIP tanks can be varied depending on the number of media that are requested in the CIP recipes. The CIP tank volume is designed according to the size and volume of the machine/line to be cleaned to avoid that during cleaning the Cip tank will become empty.
APPLICATIONS:
Internal cleaning of filler, rinser, syrup room, mixer, flash pasteuriser, pipes and tanks for all Beverage or Food plants.
OUTPUT RANGE:
