Monobloc TMG model COMBIPAL

The Monoblock COMBIPAL from TMG combines the automatic packaging and palletizing of a wide variety of products in one machine, thus meeting the challenge of achieving high performance even in limited space. On only 5,050 x 2,400 mm:

• cartons are unfolded (pre-glued blanks)
• Products packed (compartment plugs optionally available)
• Cartons closed (optionally with adhesive tape or hot glue)
• Cartons labelled (optional)
• Cardboard intermediate layers applied to stabilize the pallet
• Cartons placed on pallet

The COMBIPALs output ranges from 3,000 to 5,000 containers per hour. The Monoblock processes both classic bottles (glass and plastic) as well as canisters, tins and containers. Special attention is paid to product integrity and packaging quality. The integrated palletizing with anthropomorphic industrial robot (FANUC 100 kg with 5 axes) allows a high degree of flexibility in creating palletizing schemes. In the standard configuration the pallet change is semi-automatic. On request, however, it can also be fully automatic. The gripper heads, both for packaging and palletizing, are adapted to the characteristics of the products in order to guarantee perfect processing. In addition, the block can be equipped with a line distributor for processing shaped containers, a compartment plug or a labelling station for applying SK labels or coding. It is also possible to equip the machine with a remote maintenance module, which helps to save time and costs in the event of necessary interventions on the machine.
