Product Description
Preparation and dosing stations for calcium chloride and calcium sulphate. Calcium chloride (CaCl2) and calcium sulphate (CaSO4) are added to the brewing water to influence the taste of the beer in a soft and full-bodied (CaCl2) or in a dry, hoppy direction (CaSO4). The sera preparation stations meet the special requirements of CaCl2 and CaSO4 preparation. The containers are equipped with a conical bottom that allows complete emptying and rinsing after a CaSO4 preparation. The materials are of high quality, so that even heat development is not a problem when using anhydrous CaCl2. sera offers suitable storage tanks to ensure continuous availability of the chemicals. AREAS OF APPLICATION: Preparation and dosing of CaCl2 and CaSO4. CHARACTERISTICS CaCl2 : - Very aggressive towards stainless steel - With anhydrous CaCl2 enormous heat development. CHARACTERISTICS CaSO4: - CaSO4 is a suspension and acts abrasive
