PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The San++ is a modular system. Each chemistry application module can be configured for a specific parameter. All applications comply with (inter)national guidelines or individual laboratory requirements Skalar’s auto samplers range from a 50 up to a 576 sample positions with the possibility of an integrated diluter. Multiple sample needles are available for applying different sample matrices or sample preparation procedures. Automatic start-up, shutdown and standby are just some of the features that can be easily integrated. A total of 16 parameters can be analyzed simultaneously. A typical five channel Beer analyzer can hold modules for Bitterness, Total SO2, F.A.N., Polyphenols and Diacetyl while a Malt analyzer usually carries applications such as Diastatic Power, α-Amylase, Free Amino Nitrogen, ß-Glucan and Color. A range of specific detectors are available such as a U.V. detector, fluorimeter and a density meter. Skalar has become a world leader in chemistry automation due to its dedication to working to customer requirements and the versatility of its range of instrumentation. In addition the ease of operation, the decrease in operator time and its robust design have made the Skalar San++ Beer and Malt analyzer the standard for many international breweries and malting plants.
