PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Single row angular contact ball bearings have raceways in the inner and outer ring that are offset from one another in the direction of the bearing axis and therefore only absorb axial forces in one direction. The contact angle α is 40 ° for bearings with the suffix B and 20 ° or 30 ° for bearings without the suffix B. These can be manufactured in a wide variety of variants in the standard version, but also customer-specific.
Spindle bearings are a special version of single row angular contact ball bearings. They differ from standard angular contact ball bearings in terms of contact angle, tolerance classes and cage designs. Spindle bearings are available with a contact angle of 15 ° or 25 ° and are manufactured in B719, B70, B72 and A73 series. They are also available as high speed bearings with smaller balls. In hybrid versions HCB, HC, XCB and XC, significantly higher speeds and a higher operating temperature can be achieved. In addition, ceramic balls provide electrical insulation between the housing and the shaft, which is often sought after. Sealed spindle bearings are provided with non-contacting sealing washers on both sides.
From chemically resistant and dry-running versions to spindle bearings that are suitable for the highest speeds, there are a wide variety of requirements, which we meet individually depending on customer requirements.
