PU monitor is used for recording temperature curves as well as for measuring of the pasteurization effect on the product. The device can be used as a recording instrument for the measurement of other arbitrary temperatures (for example, during mashing, primary fermentation, secondary fermentation, temperature in storage rooms etc.).
