Swing-top sorting and mounting machine BSMM

Our swing-top sorting and mounting machine BSMM is suitable for mounting loose swing-stoppers on bottles. The swing-stoppers, packed in bags or boxes, are simply tipped out onto the infeed conveyor belt and are then processed by the machine. The performance range varies depending on the machine size. Our fully automated BSMM2250 system sorts, separates and mounts swing-stoppers on bottles with a nominal output of 2,250 bottles per hour. The larger BSMM4500 system has a nominal output of 4,500 bottles per hour. A range of swing-stoppers can be processed, clasps made from either stainless or galvanized steel wire, and plastic stoppers with either mounted or molded seals. As standard, the swing-top bottles are orientated in the machine via a sensor (contactless) that locates the swing-stopper mounting holes on the bottle neck. Optionally, if the bottle has a relief on the shoulder, the mounting machine can be additionally fitted with a camera system that can identify the relief and orientate the bottle accordingly. This assures the swing-stopper is mounted on to the correct side of the bottle. A similar system can also be fitted using a sensor that locates a notch located on the base of the bottle.
