Swing-top closing machine BVM

Our BVM swing-top closing machines are suitable for closing bottles with swing-top closures. The performance range varies depending on the machine size. Our smallest machine called “Tom Thumb” is a semi-automatic machine and closes with a nominal output of 2,000 bottles per hour. An operator is required to place the swing-top on the filled bottle. A fully automated system with a nominal output of 2,000 bottles per hour is also available. Our swing-top closing machines; BVM8, BVM12, BVM15, BVM20 and BVM24 follow the one-carousel principle. The nominal outputs for these machine types vary from 4,000 bottles to 18,000 bottles per hour. Machine types BVM30 and BVM40 have two carousels and a nominal output of 24,000 and 30,000 bottles per hour respectively. A range of swing-stoppers can be processed, with clasps made from either stainless or galvanized steel wire, and stoppers made with either plastic or porcelain heads and with either mounted or molded seals. Our single and double carousel machines have a hygienic design and are equipped with bottle burst detection and production evaluation as standard. Optionally, the machines can be equipped with seal inspection, to check for damaged or dirty swing-top seals. Swing-top Logo inspection is also available.
