Product Description

Our full bottle inspection machine with seal inspection FVI-DGI is used to detect damaged or dirty bottles and swing-stoppers. In our inspection machine, bottles with a range of closures such as; crown caps, screw caps, swing tops and twist-off lids can be inspected. This system is customer-oriented and modular in terms of the number of inspection points. The following bottle areas can be inspected; mouth, thread, bottle neck, side wall, and bottom. The following swing-top areas can be inspected; seal, stopper & logo. In addition residual liquids/lye that may still be found in the bottle after cleaning can also be controlled. We have a range of machine sizes, the smallest inspection machine FVI-DGI8 (with 8 positions) is based on our single-carousel principle with a nominal output of 6,500 bottles per hour. We also have the; FVI-DGI15, FVI-DGI20 and FVI-DGI24 with nominal outputs 13,000, 16,000 and 19,000 bottles per hour respectively. If an even higher production output is required, we also provide the FVI-DGI30 and FVI-DGI40 based on double carousel system. These machines have a nominal output of 26,000 and 32,000 bottles per hour respectively.
