Swing-top opening machine RBÖ

Our swing-top opening machine RBÖ is designed to open closed swing-top bottles. We can provide the machine with two different rated outputs, either 10,000 or 20,000 bottles per hour. A height control located over the infeed worm detects open bottles and transfers it directly on to the bypass band. All closed bottles are transferred on to the main star and are processed before being placed onto a separate outfeed band. Optionally both machines can be fitted with cleaning-in-place systems. A range of swing-stoppers can be processed with clasps made from either stainless or galvanized steel wire, and stoppers made with either plastic or porcelain heads and with either mounted or molded seals.
