Product Description
The Apollo Mass Flow Spiral Conveyors are perfectly designed for handling full and empty bottles, cans, jars, other similar single containers and many more. The products are conveyed vertically in a continuous mass flow and similar to our other Spiral Conveyors, it saves valuable floor space by means of vertical transportation.
The design of our Mass Flow Spiral Conveyor is based on the already proven and reliable Apollo Spiral technology: just like the conventional Spiral Conveyor, the Mass Flow Spiral Conveyor runs on only one motor. The products are loaded and guided towards the conveyor belt, after that the products will be transported downwards or upwards. The Mass Flow Spiral Conveyor can be integrated with your conveyor for the most efficient material handling solution.
Because the Mass Flow runs on just one motor, maintenance is low while ensuring a long durability and a long life expectancy. Similar to our other Vertical Spiral Conveyors, the Mass Flow Spiral Conveyor is equipped with a guiding system, including precision low friction bearings: the slats run free from supports so there’s only rolling friction. No lubrication is needed, which results in a low noise level, clean transport and less maintenance. The conveyor can handle up to a high capacity 2.000 units per minute, depending on the unit size and the chosen chain slat width. It is also equipped with an extended in- and outfeed to facilitate smooth side transfer to and from external conveyors.
