Product Description
When working with barrels, the use of a barrel cleaner is essential. The automatic cycle with separate cleaning and disinfection tanks ensures optimal barrel cleaning, and the recirculating cleaning process minimizes the use of cleaning agents. Optional steam disinfection is also available. At the end of the process, the barrel is pressurized to the desired level, making it ready for filling.
Pressure and conductivity measurements control the cleaning process and provide continuous monitoring of process parameters. This ensures automatic warnings for issues such as insufficient water, compressed air, or CO2 supply, barrel leaks, and low cleaning agent concentration. The optional tank heating system maintains the ideal temperature for cleaning agents.
With external connections, these tanks can be used as a CIP (Clean-In-Place) station for the entire brewery, whether it's for cleaning tanks or simply disinfecting pumps and hoses before transfer operations.
The barrel connections can be easily swapped by the operator, allowing for the cleaning of all common barrel systems.
Here are the key advantages of our device:
• Automatic computer-controlled program sequence
• 2-tank cleaning (alkaline and acid disinfection)
• Adjustable cleaning cycles and times
• Continuous process monitoring
• Dual use as a CIP station
• Splash protection
• Optional heated cleaning agent tanks Show More
