We do not use the services of an anonymous call center for our 24/7 readiness. At FAS, you have an expert on the phone even outside of traditional operating hours. In this way, we ensure that there is no time delay in the event of a sudden plant shutdown and that the right questions can be asked or the first technical measures can be discussed in concrete terms during the initial contact.
Reliability and worldwide logistics are crucial. The FAS organization is prepared for emergencies. This applies both to the stocking of very specific spare parts and to the availability of service teams, which, if necessary, immediately set off worldwide to the affected operating site. An important role is played by the shipping logistics, which are tailored to each individual emergency.
