FAS has a well sorted spare parts warehouse with a high stock level. This applies not only to seals, springs, wear parts, test equipment, special and customized tools, but also to parts of very old machines. Thus, FAS can usually guarantee a fast delivery time, which often leads to significant cost savings.
Individual spare parts concepts for your plant:
In addition, individual spare parts concepts are developed together with your operating technology. With the flexible production capacities of our competent sister company Jung & Co., spare parts or assemblies are manufactured especially for your plant and stored at your site and in our warehouse.
With our new service of additive manufacturing of components for your plants we can offer you a completely new perspective in spare parts service.
We create a 3D model on the basis of the component in question. On this basis, our multi-laser system generates the complete geometry of your component and builds it up according to your specifications using strong double lasers and the certified metal powder (1.4404).
Subsequently, we assemble your component very promptly and carry out any necessary finishing or finishing processes completely in our plant in Kummerfeld.
Upon request, you will receive a material certificate according to EN 10204 - 3.1 as well as the required physical evidence, e.g. the values of the elongation at break, verified as usual by FAS.
With the help of a mobile laser measuring device, we can measure the component in question on your premises and thus create the required 3D model immediately. After sending it to our Kummerfeld factory, production can then start immediately in urgent cases.
