Hygienic centrifugal pump CS

Single-stage normal-priming centrifugal pump with open impeller in close-coupled design for use in the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries as well as in water treatment and chemical applications.

Wetted parts are made of stainless steel 1.4404 and 1.4409 (AISI 316L & CF-3M). All wetted surfaces are finished mechanically and by electropolishing, surface roughness up to Ra <0.5 µm. With single or double flushed mechanical seal.

Simple design for fast and uncomplicated service without special tools.

Open impeller and dead space-free design for residue-free CIP/SIP cleanability and transport of media with solids.

Excellent hydraulic efficiency and adapted impeller diameter ensure very good energy efficiency. Pump with separately mounted shaft for smooth running and use of standard motors. Thanks to hydraulically optimised housing inlet with very low NPSHr values. Available with inducer on request.

Residual drainage of the pump housing possible via drainage nozzle or discharge nozzle (180°). A wide range of other options and variants allow the pump to be individually adapted to the intended use.

Also available as a classic cellar pump on a transport trolley with 2 performance levels.
