Product Description
One thing is certain: combined with high-performance optics and intelligent real-time image processing the HEUFT pulsed X-ray increases the precision of the all-surface empty bottle inspection and reduces the false rejection rate at the same time. A new X-ray supported ASEBI is now going into series production with the HEUFT InLine II IX - for even more detection reliability in the smallest of spaces.
Detecting glass in glass even if the dangerous splinter in the bottle is covered by residual foam or surrounded by residual liquid. Or even inclusions, cracks, shell-shaped fractures and cracks in its glass. With additional pulsed X-ray technology, this works much better than with an exclusively camera-based inspection. Thanks to new X-ray components developed in-house the HEUFT InLine II IX increases the sensitivity and reliability of the radiometric detection - at more compact installation dimensions.
New HEUFT reflexx A.I. cameras with integrated adaptive LED illumination and real-time image evaluation for the optical base and finish inspection as well as for the distortion-free quadruple sidewall inspection with doubled resolution increase the precision of the identification of transparent film or other foreign objects and low-density impurities in the container as well as inclusions, scratches, cracks, chips and scuffing on the container at the same time.
New detection technologies for full-coverage ACL bottle inspection, among others, can now also be integrated in an easy way. The rainbow illumination developed in particular makes the smallest chipping and shell-shaped fractures on the outer edge of empty bottles better visible.
And all this in the smallest of spaces in the hygiene-optimised HEUFT CleanDesign for considerably less cleaning and maintenance work. Show More
