Counterpressure filling of carbonated beverages in glass bottles and aluminium bottles and cans
Italian made quality in an automatic filler / seamer / capper with low oxygen pick up
Produces up to 800 x 330ml bottles/cans per hour
The in line conveyor system lets it be run by just one operator in automatic mode.
The 611 Kompakt can fill different size glass bottles and cans with appropriate change parts.
It is an extremely flexible & versatile hybrid bottling & canning system.
Completely tool-less format change-over time is only 10 minutes.
It offers high-speed precision filling and in the case of beer & cider filling, minimal DO pickup levels.

611 KOMPAKT features EPV (Electro Pneumatic Valve) technology which allows total flexibility in adjusting vacuum and filling cycles for each product via a user-friendly 7”colour HMI touch screen control panel.

single head Capping Turret for caps on glass/aluminium bottles
single head can seamer
Turret height adjustment
