From smallest experimental and laboratory breweries to small pub breweries to fully automated brewing plants on a grand scale – with the most innovative technology and centuries of experience, we guarantee flexible, effective and sustainable work with our SCHULZ brewhouses. SCHULZ brewhouses are of the highest quality and designed to be visually perfect. We design and manufacture complete breweries with an annual production of up to 400,000 hl (244,000 barrels)—customized to meet individual needs and crafted to meet the highest quality standards. Whether we're designing the building to house the brewery, manufacturing individual parts, or installation - every detail is manufactured according to the customer’s wishes. In our mind, success lies not only in state-of-the-art brewing technology, but in the on going dialogue with the client as well.
• We provide a contact person on-site for every stage of implementation (no outsourcing, even for assembly and maintenance)
• Dimensioning (layout) and delivery of malt milling equipment, brewhouses, energy-saving systems (e.g. vapor condenser, vapor compressor, and Gentle-Boil System), water tanks, wort cooling treatment, lactic acid plants, fermentation and storage tanks, yeast storage cellar incl. purely cultivated yeast, CIP systems, filtration, pressure tanks, keg and bottle filling equipment (in cooperation with reputable suppliers), consumption and waste figures, refrigeration systems, compressed air systems, power and heating supply
• Assembly and commissioning of the completed brewery, plus assisting the master brewer during the transition to the new system Show More
