Product Description
Since the 1970s, SCHULZ has been involved in the automation of brewery plants. From the switch control system and the crossbar distributor, to the introduction of the world's first brew house automation system based on a microprocessor in the 1980s, the Peter Bischof company, as a permanent partner of KASPAR SCHULZ, was a cutting-edge pioneer. For the first time, it was possible to enable complex control tasks to interweave with a structure called ‘step sequence’ in a brewhouse. Nowadays, all this is taken for granted. Topics, such as batch tracing, maintenance management and cloud-integration are often discussed, but are not always implemented in medium-sized companies. SCHULZ took this as an opportunity to meet these challenges with its own system. The focus here is on the conversion of the numerous Bischof systems. The support of time-honoured systems goes hand in hand with transformation of these pioneering systems into the new digital era.
