Product Description
KIESELMANN control valves for liquids and gases
regulate volume flows and pressures in process plants.
Our new aseptic control valve series with diaphragm technology ensures hermetic sealing of the housing and the switching shaft feedthrough due to the flexible PTFE diaphragm and at the same time creates a dead space-free cavity. The internal contour improves the cleanability of the surfaces in contact with the product by allowing an optimum flow profile to form.
The innovative diaphragm mounting provides a temperature-independent seal, which means that the material properties of the diaphragm have no influence on the functionality of the valve. This enables precise control behavior even under changing process conditions. Our aseptic control valves are also ideally suited for common CIP or SIP processes and can be seamlessly integrated into our existing modular system. For example, we offer various material combinations for the body, seat, and plug for nominal sizes DN 25 to DN 100. In addition, the valves can be equipped with piston or diaphragm actuators as required. Show More
