The finely grained wood of French and American Oak is matured and dried for a minimum of 24 months. We offer our oak adjuncts in various types and sizes. They can be used in different ways during the entire manufacturing process of your wines, distillates or beers. Wether its for fermentation or aging or for short, medium or long-term expansion. The winemaker, distiller or brewer determines the area and lenght of application. Our products are manufactured organically according to strictly verifiable quality standards.
