The Miniblock - rinsing, filling and capping in the smallest of spaces
Thanks to their in-depth experience, our partner MBF has developed a new series of monoblocks for productions of up to 3,000 bottles per hour especially for the wine sector.
Compact, efficient, adaptable: on just around 5 m², the Miniblock combines rinser, filler, corker and/or screw capper in a single machine. An ideal solution for companies looking for high efficiency while saving costs and space.
The Miniblock uses light-vacuum technology to ensure high-quality filling and maximum respect for the product.
The rinser and filler carousel are each equipped with 9, 12 or 15 spray nozzles or filling valves according to the customer's requirements.
The machine has a frame with a holding structure made of welded stainless steel. Optionally, the stainless steel base can be designed with inclined surfaces, which facilitates cleaning. The fully transparent safety devices made of Plexiglas ensure optimum visibility and easy accessibility.
The monoblock technology is designed to provide outstanding processing flexibility for any bottle and closure format. Format changeover is performed via the control of the servo-motorised screws or, alternatively, via the tine transfer system and MBF's patented automatic universal starwheels.
The Miniblock ensures error-free processing thanks to automatic adjustment of each format. Last but not least, it convinces with its user-friendliness and minimal maintenance requirements.
Depending on the customer's requirements, numerous optional features are available, such as laminar flow, adjustable stars, electric height adjustment of the carousels and much more. Show More
