Product Description
Easybräu-Velo brewhouses cover different capacity ranges: Pocket-Bräu: 1 hl and 2,5 hl, ideal sizes for restaurants and farms, or small brewery experience, or 5 hl, designed for microbereweris and pubs. Compact-Bräu: 2,5 hl, 5 hl or 10 hl: designed for microbreweries and brewpubs, wineries, farms, beverage manufacturers and restaurant owners. Optima-Bräu: 10 hl or 20 hl: designed for microbreweries and brewpubs, wineries, farms, beverage manufacturers and restaurant owners. Flex-Bräu: with 3, 4 or 5 tuns, from 10 hl to 60 hl. Our brewhouses consist in monoblock structure in AISI 304 or 316, with all parts already connected. They are ready for operation after connection to the electric and water supply lines and air compressor or steam generator (depending on the model required). They are complete with mash/kettle tun, lauter/whirlpool tun, hot water tank, tubular heat exchanger and PLC for recipes control. Our brewhouses can be semi or fully automatic, depending on the customer's needs. In support to the brewhouses, Easybräu-Velo can supply pasteurizers, CIP units, filters, malt transportation, auxiliary equipments (such as dry hop, yeast and aroma propagators), carbonators, and much more.
