They handle a variety of bottle sizes, both glass and aluminum, and are tailored for different crown types, ensuring precision and consistency. The Meheen™ systems use advanced counter pressure filling technology for product conservation and consistent fills. This includes pre-evacuation, controlled pressures, and options for CO pre-purge and evacuation to clear air before pressurizing. An auto-fill detection feature adjusts fill levels in response to pressure changes, and a CO pulse function manages foaming before capping. The systems also include a leak test feature to ensure bottle and system integrity.
Designed with the user in mind, these systems offer both automatic and manual modes, providing flexibility and control. A filler-only mode caters to unique closures, and a cycle start delay allows for adjustable operational speed. The rinser activates for interior bottle cleaning before filling, enhancing the hygiene process.
