Product Description
Application: Surplus yeast can make up to 2-3% or a brewery’s output and consists to about 50% of beer. Separating the beer and yeast results in higher output of the brewery and improves the possibilities of yeast as a side product. Very durable ceramic membranes enable to obtain recovered beer – reducing beer losses and are the key for a short payback period.
