Product Description
The innovative approach is to realize vacuum-based alcohol evaporation at low heat load in parallel to the hot holding section of a conventional flash pasteurizer. Furthermore, the plant is equipped with a buffer tank, which serves as a buffer tank in flash pasteurization operation, and as a stack tank for degassed water in the dealcoholization process, for setting the desired original gravity of the beer. An integrated carbonation unit rounds off the concept.
